Week 1 goals

Week ONE (20-26 July)

•Walk at least ONE time for 40 mins (like I said, i'm going to start small, and make it happen then add on!)

•Finish English paper by Friday night (and maybe the one I need to make up by Sunday night).

•Start researching jobs for Welly

•Start researching housing for Welly

•Go to at least ONE place on my list of to-dos in the Coromandel (with or without the kiddos)

•Try to eat VEGGIES if I need a snack

•Read a book for pleasure

Thats it. I'll update on how this goes after the week.

YAY for the goals... good job on starting little then work your way up. i need to eat veggies for snacks too...

good idea but you will still gain if you walk like 5 or 20 min to start. Veggies for snacks great idea

gain meaning do well with adding new exercise not gain weight
